Experience nine days in Thailand through the stories of two traditional performers in partnership with Trikaya Tours - with cameos from our elders. While sharing a Western context and upbringing, they offer travelers an intimate look into the lessons drawn from decades of community, traditions, and lessons.

This trip blurs the lines between a retreat, course, and travel, and ultimately, between learning, work, rest, and play. It includes sightseeing, blessings and offerings, restoration and open-ended periods, hands-on lessons via cooking, leis and garland making, Thai traditional wear, movement, demonstrations, and elder talks. Major threads woven into our itinerary and activities are: community leadership, elder wisdom, and traditional/ritual arts.
