Join us for dinner and experience the vibrance and richness of Thai cuisine with local cookbook author VC Tang who has facilitated Thai cultural events for over 20 years. The course includes favorites such as Pad Thai and Tom Yum – and introduces students to lesser-known dishes that are nostalgic staples in the Thai home not commonly served in restaurants. We will cover shopping for hard-to-find ingredients along the Peninsula, recommended kitchen tools, and flavoring techniques. Registration via Redwood City and San Carlos Parks & Recs opens Aug 6th. Space is limited.
